Q: What purity are your peptides?

All of our peptides are stated at 99% purity or higher. Every batch is independently tested via HPLC and mass spectrometry, and we provide Certificates of Analysis for each product.

Q: How should I store my peptides?

Unreconstituted peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For long-term storage, refrigeration at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius is recommended. Once reconstituted, peptides should be refrigerated and used within a reasonable timeframe.

We accept bank transfer and PayID. Payment details are provided at checkout. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed.

How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?

Orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse after payment confirmation. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Where can I find your Certificates of Analysis?

CoAs are available on each individual product page, and we also maintain a dedicated CoA library page where you can view all certificates.

How should I store my peptides?

Are your peptides manufactured in Australia?

Our peptides are sourced from internationally recognised GMP-compliant facilities and stored in our Australian warehouse. All products are independently tested by third-party laboratories before being made available.

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage, we only ship within Australia. All orders are dispatched domestically from our Australian warehouse.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your shipment.

How are orders packaged?

All orders are shipped in temperature-safe, discreet packaging with cold packs to protect the integrity of the peptides during transit.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by location. Most metro orders arrive within 2–4 business days. Regional areas may take slightly longer. You will receive a tracking number once dispatched.
