What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayID and direct bank transfer. Full payment details are shown after checkout and sent by email. Use your order number as the payment reference. Orders are processed once payment clears.
How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse after payment confirmation. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
